    Glassbox News aggregates news content from publicly available RSS feeds provided by third-party publishers. We do not create, edit, or claim ownership of this content.

    All rights to news articles, headlines, and other materials remain with the original publishers. Third-party content is governed by the respective publisher's terms and conditions.

    AI-Generated Content

    AI-Generated Images: All abstract artwork accompanying articles is generated using AI tools (pollinations.ai, Stable Diffusion). These images are unique creations and do not infringe on existing copyrights.

    AI Chat Responses: Responses generated by our AI assistant (powered by Google Gemini API) are provided "as is" for informational purposes only. We do not guarantee accuracy or completeness.

    Copyright Compliance: We respect intellectual property rights. If you believe content on our platform infringes your copyright, please contact us at legal@glassboxnews.com with details. We will respond promptly to valid takedown requests.

    4. User Rights & Responsibilities

    You May:

    • Access and use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes
    • Create a user account (optional)
    • Personalize your news feed and preferences
    • Participate in gamification features (earn coins, redeem rewards)
    • Subscribe to premium features (if available)

    You May NOT:

    • We may change pricing with 30 days' notice to existing subscribers

    Glassbox Coins & Rewards

    Our gamification system includes:

    • Coins: Virtual currency earned through platform activity (reading, engagement)
    • Rewards: Coins can be redeemed for rewards (partner vouchers, discounts)
    • No Cash Value: Coins have no monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash
    • Expiration: Coins may expire after periods of inactivity (details in Coin Policy)
    • Termination: We reserve the right to forfeit coins upon account termination for ToS violations

    7. Disclaimers & Limitations

    SERVICE PROVIDED "AS IS"

    The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any content, including news articles, AI-generated content, or user-generated content.

    We are NOT liable for:

    • Errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in third-party news content
    • Losses arising from reliance on AI-generated summaries or chat responses
    • Service interruptions, downtime, or technical issues
    • Data loss or security breaches beyond our reasonable control
    • Actions taken based on information found through the Service

    Maximum Liability: Our total liability to you for any claims arising from the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim (if applicable), or ₹1,000, whichever is greater.

    8. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
